Pawn

Pawn – To deposit an item of value with a pawnbroker as security for money lent.

Must be at least 18 years old to pawn, trade, or sell. Interest is charged monthly. Interest is due by the due date every 30 days. Any Pawn over 30 days late may be sold without further notice. Pawn loans can only be redeemed or paid off with cash (no debit or credit cards). The Item is redeemable only by the bearer of the pawn ticket or by identification of the person making the pawn. Pawn loans on firearms can only be redeemed by the person that pawned them. Background checks are required when redeeming a firearm. Tennessee state law requires all pawns to be held 48 hours not including the date the item was pawned. A Wise Loan & Jewelry reserves the right to refuse any item for any reason.
